In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.
Later in the morning, the President will travel to Lansing, Michigan.
In the afternoon, the President will tour the Michigan Biotechnology Institute where the President will see firsthand what institutions are doing to create jobs and drive innovation that benefits farmers, ranchers, our rural communities, and our nation as a whole. There will be out-of-town travel pool coverage of the President’s tour. Following the tour, the President will deliver remarks at Michigan State University on the importance of the Farm Bill to America’s economy. Following his remarks, the President will sign the bipartisan Agriculture Act of 2014 into law.
In the afternoon, the President will depart Lansing, Michigan en route Washington, DC.
