Reign "Long Live the King" Airs Tonight May 8th

The CW series 'Reign' will be airing an all new episode for fans tonight at 9pm ET/PT entitled "Long Live the King". Buoyed by Francis' successful taking of Calais and the Queen of England's death, Henry wants to invade England immediately despite their forces being depleted. Catherine and Mary plot to poison Henry, but call it off when Francis successfully convinces Henry to delay. Henry decides that Francis is unsuited for conquest and must be killed so that Henry can wed Mary himself. While searching the woods for the Darkness, Bash rescues a boy named Pascal (Lucius Hoyos), not realizing he is the son of the pagan priest Bash killed months earlier. Kenna cares for Pascal while Bash and Nostradamus head into the mountains to search for the Darkness. Lola learns that Julien is actually Remy, the real Lord Julien's personal secretary, and took his identity when Julien died in an accident. Remy's ruse is revealed by Julien's uncle Bartos (Geordie Johnson), whom Lola accidentally kills when Bartos attacks Remy. Lola and Remy burn down the house with Bartos' body in it to make it look like Julien died, so that Remy can escape and Lola can return as a widow to court.

The series stars Adelaide Kane (“Teen Wolf”) as
Mary, Toby Regbo (“One Day”) as Prince Francis, Torrance Coombs (“The Tudors”) as Bash, Megan Follows (“Anne of Green Gables”) as Queen Catherine, Alan Van Sprang (“The Tudors”) as King Henry, Celina Sinden (newcomer) as Greer, Caitlin Stasey (newcomer) as Kenna, Anna Popplewell (“The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader”) as Lola, and Jenessa Grant (“Cyberbully”) as Aylee.
